There aren’t too many markets in Kensington & Chelsea, so it’s just as well that one of London’s most famous ones – Portobello Market – is in the area!<\/p>\n

Portobello Market<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\n<\/span>Underground: Notting Hill Gate or Westbourne Park<\/em>
\nOn (and around) the mile-long Portobello Road, the market sells a wide variety of goods, clothes, antiques and even food with different items sold on different days. The market is open every day, except for Sunday.<\/p>\n

On weekdays you’ll find the food market; Fridays clothes and bric-a-brac; and on Saturdays there is the world-famous antiques market.<\/p>\n

Notting Hill Farmers’ Market<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\nUnderground: Notting Hill Gate
\n<\/em>Open 9am to 1pm every Saturday, this one’s a real hidden gem – one of the better farmers’ markets. Small, with about 15 stalls, but always busy. There’s a good butcher here, and the bread is top notch.<\/p>\n

South Kensington Farmers’ Market<\/strong><\/h2>\n
